Exchange Policy

**Defective or Damaged Items:**
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace or exchange it for you. Please inform us within 2 days of receiving your parcel to initiate the exchange process. **Size Exchanges:**
Should you encounter a size issue with your order, we offer size exchanges. You can exchange your item for the same product with the updated size. Exchange to different Size will only be entertained based on the availability of the same product, If not NO Exchange will be provided. Remember to notify us within 2 days of delivery to qualify for the exchange. Get in touch with us via email or WhatsApp to proceed with the size exchange. Exchange amount of 90rs will to be paid by the customer to avail exchange option. which includes Pickup and Drop of Exchanged Product.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.

**Exclusions:**
Please note that our exchange policy does not apply to the following:
- Clearance sale orders
- International orders

**Refund Policy:**
**We do not have a refund policy. We only exchange or replace items.**
